If you’re into ultra-light gaming mouse, Logitech’s G Pro X2 Superstrike is a top-tier option. It normally commands a hefty price of $179.99, but Amazon Resale is offering used “like new” units for only $90, or exactly 50% off. “Very good” and “acceptable” units are also available for an even lower price, but I generally recommend sticking with the “like new” units if you want a mouse that most likely hasn’t been used at all.
Amazon Resale is Amazon’s official outlet for used items. Amazon states that this “Like New” item “looks and functions as if it were new and comes in original packaging.” You still get the 30-day Amazon return policy so it’s a much safer option than buying a used controller off Facebook Marketplace.

IGN’s Will Judd reviewed the Superstrike and awarded it a rare 10/10 “Masterpiece” score. This is a “must-have” mouse for competitive players. The Superstrike is the spiritual successor to the Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 mouse. They are both Logitech’s lightest mice weighing in at 60 grams with a similar ergonomic shape, they both feature the same Hero 2 sensor, and they have a comparable 40-hour battery life. And that’s where the similarities end.
The X2 Superstrike features Logitech’s new Haptic Inductive Trigger System (HITS). Instead of physical (and clicky) microswitches, the buttons now use electromagnetic sensors. Logitech claims that this cuts click latency by up to 30ms for phenomenally faster targeting. You’ll still feel the click, but it’s coming from the haptic motor’s rumble, not from the actual click itself. As a side effect, the buttons are quieter, so you can use it at night without bothering anyone, and fewer moving parts means there’s less chance for mechanical components to wear out.
Another advantage of electromagnetic sensors is the increased amount of customizability. The X2 Superstrike has tunable action and reset points. You can adjust your click’s travel distance, both during the press and the reset. Choose from ten actuation points and five rapid-trigger reset points. This is not dissimilar to the latest generation gaming keyboards with magnetic switches, but it’s now translated over to a gaming mouse.
I’ve actually never seen the X2 Superstrike drop below $100. Granted this deal isn’t for a brand new retail boxed unit, but a “like new” one at this price is worth the gamble, especially since Amazon Resale has that solid return policy.
