Orlando Bloom and Porsche Design Release Co‑created Capsule Collection

Porsche Design and Orlando Bloom have unveiled a limited-edition capsule collection, adding another chapter to their partnership. The collaboration includes two pieces: the P’86007 “Targa #1 by Orlando Bloom” sunglasses and a reversible black leather jacket.

Bloom, an ambassador for Porsche Design since 2025, said his involvement went beyond lending his name. “It’s important to stay deeply involved in the ideation process,” Bloom said via statement. “This collaboration gave me new ways to express myself.”

The P’86007 sunglasses reinterpret the shield-style Iconic P’8954 911 Targa model launched last year. Their design references the Porsche 911 Targa’s roll bar, combining titanium frames with protective front construction. Offered in three colorways — titanium/black with gray lenses, gold/olive green with brown lenses and black/palladium with blue mirrored lenses — the model integrates the brand’s Vision Drive lens technology, intended to enhance clarity and safety while driving.

According to Carsten Monnerjan, head of design at Porsche Design, the product line follows founder F. A. Porsche’s principle that form should follow function. “We focus on timeless design, innovative materials and precision craftsmanship,” he said.

Complementing the eyewear, the codesigned leather jacket reflects Bloom’s casual yet utilitarian approach. Constructed from water-repellent leather, it includes adjustable elements at the sleeves, hem and hood, along with subtle dual branding from Porsche Design and Bloom.

Bloom, a longtime Porsche collector, described the project as a dialogue between heritage and individual expression. “Working with the Porsche Design team is inspiring,” he said. “Together we’ve created something new while honoring the brand’s legacy.”

The Porsche Design x Orlando Bloom collection is available beginning Wednesday at select Porsche Design stores, specialist retailers and online at porsche.com. The sunglasses retail for $655 and the leather jacket for $2,850.
