On Cornell student's 2024 rape claim, DA says, "I never saw that statement"



According to a Cornell police transcript, Jane Doe said, “I can say with 100% confidence I was raped,” three weeks after the alleged incident. The Tompkins County District Attorney now says the rape claim never crossed his desk. Tom Hanson reports.
