Obama-era DOJ official to lead review of Cornell response to rape allegations


A former acting U.S. attorney general will lead an independent review of Cornell University’s response to allegations of rape at a fraternity house in 2024, as well as how the school more generally deals with allegations and prevention of sexual misconduct, a new committee of the university’s board of trustees announced Tuesday.
