Not a lot of places reported on this, but apparently the Alberta government proposed a few months ago to end daylight savings time in direct opposition to the results of the referendum a few years ago. I was unable to find information on whether it’s fully confirmed or just planned right now but wanted to spread the word so AB residents can contact their MLAs. Not only is this frustrating on its own, ignoring a referendum result is a very, very bad sign for the coming referendum in october
