February 23, 2026 – The Honourable Anita Anand, Minister of Foreign Affairs, will deliver a speech and participate in a fireside chat to mark four years since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Minister Anand will be joined by Marie-Eve Sylvestre, President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ottawa, and Roland Paris, Director of the Graduate School of Public International Affairs.
