Minister Anand to give a keynote speech at the Conference on Defence and Security



March 2, 2026 – The Honourable Anita Anand, Minister of Foreign Affairs, will deliver the opening keynote speech at the 94th edition of the Ottawa Conference on Defence and Security. The theme for this year’s agenda is “The road to five per cent”.
