Microsoft Is Increasing The Cost Of Xbox Consoles, Again, Starting In August



After hiking the price of Xbox consoles in October 2025, Microsoft is once again increasing the cost of Xbox consoles starting August 1.

In a June 25 Xbox Wire post, the company confirmed that the 512 GB model will jump up by $100 while the 1 TB model will go up by $150. This puts the Series S at $500 and the Series X at $800. As a result of the price increase, Microsoft is discontinuing the 2 TB Xbox consoles.
