Madagascar Ends Private Hold on Oil Imports With Tanker Arrival


The Sunda 1, a tanker traveling from China, will this week dock in the Malagasy port of Toamasina, Energy Minister Radonirina Lucas Rabearimanga said in a speech at the facility. Jirama, the state-owned utility, will use the diesel to run power plants.
