LEGO Hogwarts Express Book Nook Is on Sale for Prime Day

Amazon has dropped the price of the LEGO Hogwarts Express book nook to a new low for Prime Day this year. It’s already one of the cheapest book nook sets you can buy and with the added discount it’s even more affordable.

This set is meant for Harry Potter fans 10 years or older, which means it makes a great gift for adults as well. If you’re looking for a fun build to do with your kids or just want to buy something awesome for your own shelf, this Prime Day LEGO deal is worth checking out.

LEGO Harry Potter Book Nook: Hogwarts Express

LEGO Harry Potter Book Nook: Hogwarts Express

This is currently the only LEGO Harry Potter book nook available to buy. It was released back in June 2025 alongside some of the best new sets of that year. It’s made up 832 pieces and includes both Harry and Ron minifigures, which can be placed alongside the Hogwarts Express in Kings Cross Station. This isn’t the first time this set has been discounted on Amazon, but the latest price is the lowest we’ve ever seen since its release.

What makes this particular stand out compared to other LEGO book nooks is how versatile it is. There are essentially three different configurations the set can take once you’ve fully built everything. You can choose to keep it folded and in between the Harry Potter books on your shelf, or you can separate both sides and use them like bookends. If you’d prefer to display the set on its own without any books, you can open it up and keep both sides connected. It’s an actual functional reading accessory in addition to being a LEGO set.

Is Prime Day the best time to buy this set?

Amazon Prime Day is generally one of the best times of the year for LEGO deals and this Hogwarts Express set is at its lowest price ever. Keeping that in mind, it’s definitely likely that this particular build will be cheaper on Black Friday than it is right now. It’s not currently up for retirement and has continued to slowly drop in price as we’ve gotten further and further from its initial release last year. If you want the best possible discount on this set, you may want to wait for upcoming sales to arrive later in 2026.
