League One Volleyball & Dagne Dover Announce Sports League Partnership


League One Volleyball, or LOVB, has named Dagne Dover as the official lifestyle bag partner for both its professional and club divisions, marking the bag brand’s first collaboration with a sports league. The partnership launched in March in connection with Women’s History Month and unites two women-led organizations focused on long-term athlete development.

The agreement will integrate Dagne Dover across LOVB’s full ecosystem, from youth clubs to the professional level, through products, storytelling and on-site activations.

“At LOVB, we’re creating more than a league, we’re cultivating a community that empowers women in every arena of their lives,” said Michelle McGoldrick, chief business officer of League One Volleyball, in a statement. “Dagne Dover is a natural fit in that journey. As a women-founded brand designed for life on the move, they recognize the pace and passion that define our athletes and families, from early morning training sessions to coast-to-coast competition.”

Designed to support athletes and families through daily training and travel, the collaboration aims to highlight both organizations’ shared approach to functionality and community.

“As a women-founded and women-led company, we are deeply intentional about the partnerships we back,” said Melissa Mash, cofounder and chief executive officer of Dagne Dover. “Supporting a league that was architected around women is incredibly aligned with how we’ve built Dagne Dover. LOVB represents a new era of professional sports framework, one that prioritizes longevity, equity, and athlete support from Day One.”

Deepa Gandhi, cofounder and chief operating officer of Dagne Dove, added that the league’s structure mirrors Dagne Dover’s business approach. “What resonates most with us is LOVB’s full-ecosystem approach. They’re investing in athletes from grassroots development through the professional stage and building a strong, lasting community. That long-term view is how we’ve scaled our own brand: thoughtfully, sustainably and with a deep commitment to cultivating connection,” she said. Chief creative officer Jessy Dover described the collaboration as a natural extension of the brand’s design ethos. “We design through the lens of movement, drawing inspiration from women who are constantly shifting between roles, environments and ambitions throughout the day,” she said. “Partnering with LOVB felt instinctive because we both understand that performance isn’t confined to one moment but every aspect of the lives we’re living.”
