Kelly Osbourne hosted an intimate dinner with friends on Aug. 27 at a local restaurant called Tower House in London. The television personality was clad in a vampy all-burgundy ensemble that was playfully textural.
The reality television star’s look consisted of a form-fitted lace gown in a deep, almost blood-red burgundy with a high neckline and short sleeves. The piece appeared to have a tan lining that created a nude illusion, since the lace fabric featured see-through sections. The fitted bodice and midsection gave way to a flared A-line skirt that stopped above Osbourne’s ankles. To create more definition, the author sported a black belt around her waist with gold hardware.

Beneath her dress, the fashion designer layered on burgundy tights. Color-blocked or monochrome moments like this often benefit from added texture, creating interest despite the one color. The lace serves as texture that breaks up the color scheme slightly. When dressing for formal occasions, you’ll likely find Osbourne clad in designer gowns or sets hailing from Givenchy, Chanel, Celine, or Vivienne Westwood.
The “Shut Up” singer accessorized her ensemble with gold jewelry, including a few layered necklaces, a gilded watch, and chunky rings. The added gold pieces warmed up the color palette and offered a little shine. To match her burgundy look, Osbourne popped on a vampy burgundy lip that was perfect for the coming fall season.

As for footwear, the “Sleeping in the Nothing” singer sported black leather sandal heels that mirrored the black accent of her belt. The footwear choice consisted of caged rounded toes with what looked to be gold or amber gemstones at the center. The open toe let Osbourne’s burgundy socks peek through. Thin ankle straps secured the shoes in place while thin heels standing at around 2 to 3 inches rounded out the set.
