BEIRUT — Jared Kushner, President Donald Trump’s son-in-law and envoy, is expected to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem on Monday after holding rare talks with Hamas in Egypt in an effort to advance a stalled Gaza peace deal.
