Iran war is pushing need for energy efficiency: Honeywell CEO


CERAWeek 2026 — S&P Global’s annual energy conference — has kicked off on Monday as business leaders and officials convene in Houston to address the industry’s biggest innovations and issues. This all comes as the Iran war stretches into its fourth week and fluctuating oil prices (CL=F, BZ=F) fall back below $100 per barrel.

Honeywell International (HON) chairman and CEO Vimal Kapur sits down with Yahoo Finance Anchor Julie Hyman to talk about the impacts that the defense contractor has already seen at overseas facilities as a result of escalating conflicts in the Middle East.
