Copenhagen Fashion Week came to a close last week, but a soft buzz of excitement still lingers in the air. Whilst most fashion weeks see us waiting months for the pieces to fall into the right season, standouts of the recent runways and presentations are already leaving their mark. In particular, two of my colleagues on the ground separately sent me pieces from the same collection, declaring both were adding them to their autumn wardrobes immediately. Naturally, I had to take a look for myself, and this morning I spent a few hours trying on Rixo’s autumn/winter collection. Better still, our readers can shop the collection before it launches. Whilst the summer days are still going strong, in just a few weeks the seasonal switchover will arrive, and right now my autumn wardrobe is already starting to take shape. Personally, I’d go as far as to say it’s Rixo’s strongest collection yet. The pieces are primed to make autumn dressing exceedingly chic, with signature details of silhouette, intricate motifs and textures giving each piece that Rixo flair. Now, my full calendar feels extra exciting at the thought of pulling out one of the newly released dresses, and truly the jackets deserve a moment for themselves.
