Hundreds forced onto Rome streets amid crackdown on squatted building | Housing

Around 300 residents of one of Rome’s largest squatted building are camping on the streets amid a heatwave after authorities seized it following a fire. The move against ‘Spin Time Labs’ comes amid a government crackdown on occupied buildings which have evolved into self-managed social centres since the 90s.
