Family of 1-year-old killed by police speak out: "That's no justification"



The family of the 1-year-old boy who was shot by police in the parking lot of a Mississippi Walmart spoke out on Thursday. The use of deadly force was justified, according to the state, but the family disagrees. Jason Allen reports.
