EQB looks to sell $200 million limited recourse capital notes


The securities, known as limited recourse capital notes, can be bought back by the company after five and a half years and have a final maturity of 60 years. Initial pricing discussions are at a yield of about 3.75 percentage points above government debt, the people said, asking not to be identified as they aren’t authorized to speak publicly.
