The S25 Plus and S25 FE are both currently out of stock, and the S25 is only available in navy at T-Mobile. However, if you’re interested in the S25 Ultra or the S25 Edge, there are a few ways to save.
You can save $1,100 on the S25 Ultra when you either trade in or add a new line on an Experience plan. If you’re not on an Experience plan, you can get $900 when you switch from Metro or US Cellular or add a new line on most non-Experience plans. If you don’t want to add a new line, you can get $500 back with a trade-in on most non-experience plans.
If you add a line with Experience More or Experience Beyond, you can get up to $1,100 off the Galaxy S25 Edge, which nets you the phone for free. Likewise, existing customers on the same plan can trade in and upgrade to the Edge for free. On most other plans, you can get $900 off with a new line or up to $500 off with trade-in.

Right now, you can get an unlocked Galaxy S25 in navy at Best Buy, but that is the only color available. Although there aren’t any direct discounts, you can save by trading in an old device.
AT&T is offering some discounts on the Samsung Galaxy S25 series. You can get $200 off when you get a new line. Keep in mind that the offer is online only. AT&T is also offering up to $800 to break your contract and switch.
If you’re looking for things to go with your new phone, you’re in luck. You can save 50% on Samsung accessories when you purchase an S25 series phone.
If you’re getting a Galaxy S25 Ultra or Edge, you can get up to $360 device plan credit with Spectrum’s Unlimited Plus Premium plan.

Best Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge deals
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge packs many of the same features from the original lineup into a thinner, lighter package. It retains the 200‑megapixel wide camera from the Ultra and the 6.7‑inch display from the Plus, but features a new 5.8mm titanium frame and weighs just 163 grams. Price‑wise, it falls between the S25 Plus and Ultra at $1,100, but you can score one for less right now thanks to excellent offers.
Samsung is currently offering up to $540 off in trade-in savings if you’ve got an eligible phone. The latest Samsung and Apple phones will net you the full discount, while Google’s Pixel phones will be worth significantly less.

T-Mobile is offering significant savings on the Galaxy S25 Edge, but the discounts vary depending on your plan. If you trade in and are on the Experience More or Beyond plans, you can get the phone for free.

How much does the Galaxy S25 lineup cost?
The five Galaxy S25 models are available in various storage configurations. Original starting prices for each model are as follows:

In terms of configuration upgrades, the base S25 RAM is up from the 8GB of its predecessor to 12GB of RAM, which means that all phones (except the S25 FE) start at 12GB of RAM. The regular S25 comes with either 128GB or 256GB of storage, while the S25 Plus and S25 Edge come with either 256GB or 512GB of storage. The S25 Ultra is available with 256GB, 512GB or 1TB of storage.
The more affordable Galaxy S25 FE is also available with either 128GB or 256GB of storage, but both configurations have only 8GB of RAM.
Which colors does the Galaxy S25 lineup come in?
