Connor Moen as director of policy at ISC; Ashley Harris now deputy director of operations at ISC

Connor Moen has started as the director of policy for Mandy Gull-Masty.

Moen is a public policy professional with experiences across Global Affairs Canada, Treasury Board Secretariat, and Public Safety Canada.

Moen’s worked on legislative affairs including Indigenous policing legislation, forced labour supply chain reform and cross-border regulatory coordination, as well as advising ministers and supporting passing Bill C-41.

Ashley Harris (LinkedIn)

Ashley Harris is not the deputy director of operations at the Indigenous services minister’s office.

Prior to the role, Harris served as the policy and senior regional advisor to Minister Patty Hajdu between 2022 to 2025.

Harris also worked briefly at the Government of Nova Scotia in 2021.
