ChatGPT collected 'vast amounts' of Canadians' data without consent, privacy commissioners say




The artificial intelligence company behind the hugely popular ChatGPT collected “vast amounts” of Canadians’ personal information and failed to obtain appropriate consent for doing so, a three-year probe from four Canadian privacy watchdogs has found.
