I recently relocated to a place without carpeting, which I thought would be a “hallelujah!” moment after years of wall-to-wall. Then I realized I didn’t have the proper means to clean hard flooring, beyond my broom. That led me to browse for cordless vacuums. At well over $400, and in some cases $800 or more, Dyson and Shark uprights are out of my price range. A friend of mine uses a Tineco model to clean his hardwood floors, and I was impressed by how well it worked and how long it held a charge.
My square footage is fairly small, so I opted for this Tineco GO Slim cordless stick vacuum. It’s currently on sale at Best Buy for $73 off, which makes it $127. It’s good for 40 minutes of vacuuming — which is more than enough for my tiny new place — and it’s lightweight, so it will be easy for me to move around. I’m almost looking forward to vacuuming with it.
