AVANTE CORP. ANNOUNCES OPTION GRANT


TORONTO, Ontario, Sept. 04, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Avante Corp. (TSX.V: XX) (OTC: ALXXF) (“Avante” or the “Company”), a global provider of technology-enabled security solutions and services, today (the “Grant Date”) announces that it has approved the issuance of 100,000 stock options (each, an “Option”) to a certain senior employee of a subsidiary of the Company for the purchase of up to 100,000 common shares in the capital of the Company (each, a “Share”) pursuant to the Company’s 10% rolling stock option plan (the “Plan”). The grant of Options is subject in all respects to the terms of the Plan.
