Announcement of new diplomatic appointment


May 2, 2025 – Ottawa, Ontario – Global Affairs Canada

The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today announced the following diplomatic appointment:

Tamer Mansy will become High Commissioner in Brunei Darussalam. Mr. Mansy will replace Ambra Dickie, and he will take up his appointment in the coming months.
