The political strategies employed against the old Trudeau government are now obsolete, but, a year into Carney’s rule, it is unclear what should come next. If there were a place and time for Poilievre to define a new vision, and to reinvent himself, it would’ve been here and now — and at first, it seemed that he would deliver.
