ABS Cyclone Intel Core 5 Processor 120 RTX 5060 Gaming PC (16GB/1TB)

0

The ABS Cyclone gaming PC is equipped with an Intel Core 5 Processor 120, GeForce RTX 5060 GPU, 16GB of DDR4 RAM, and a 1TB NVMe SSD. The Intel Core 5 120 CPU is a 6-core, 12-thread processor with a max boost clock of 4.5GHz. Note that this sytem uses DDR4 instead of DDR5 memory. You won’t notice any performance difference during gaming, but keep in mind that you’ll need to upgrade both the motherboard and processor if you ever want to move to DDR5 RAM.

The RTX 5060 graphics card is a great budget option for 1080p gaming

The RTX 5060 outperforms its predecessor the RTX 4060 by about 20%-30% and that’s before factoring in DLSS 4 with multi-frame generation. This is a solid budget option for 1080p gaming and you should be able to squeeze consistent 60fps+ framerate out of just about any game. If you’re gunning for higher resolutions like 1440p or 4K, however, you’ll definitely want to upgrade to an RTX 5060 Ti (16GB) or better.

If you’re even a little bit PC savvy, this is a much better deal than the Steam Machine

On a side note, this is a considerably more powerful computer than the $1,049 Steam Machine, which is equipped with a very low wattage CPU and a custom GPU equivalent to the Radeon RX 7600 or GeForce RTX 4060. Expect to see at the bare minimum a 20%-30% performance advantage for an RTX 5060 equipped gaming rig. The fact that the ABS Cyclone costs $200 less makes the comparison a moot point.
