Last weekend’s chaotic Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia saw Max Verstappen claim Red Bull’s first win of the year ahead of Antonelli and Ferrari’s Lewis Hamilton. Meanwhile, Mercedes star Russell was left frustrated once again after a power unit failure forced him to retire while in third place and just five laps to go.
That result means Russell’s title hopes are on the line, with a seemingly insurmountable 84 points to make up on Antonelli. He’ll start from the rear of the field on Sunday due to a power unit change.
The Singapore GP takes place at the Marina Bay Street Circuit on Sunday, Oct. 11, at 8 p.m. SGT local time in Singapore. That makes it an 8 a.m. ET or 5 a.m. PT start in the US and Canada. For viewers in the UK, the race starts at 1 p.m. BST. Australian F1 fans can meanwhile tune in at 11 p.m. AEDT.
