– Kylian Mbappé‘s future at Real Madrid has been cast into doubt, says L’Equipe. Mbappé, 27, was injured playing for France during the international break, but posted clips on social media of him cycling in Switzerland last week, and he was reportedly reprimanded by Madrid boss Jose Mourinho. The striker has three years left on his contract and, having failed to win a major trophy in the last two seasons, is now reported to be considering his options. Liverpool and Arsenal have been linked with him in the past, but Madrid would not consider offers less than €200 million.

– Manchester United, Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are all tracking Tottenham Hotspur attacking midfielder Luca Williams-Barnett, reports The Sun. The England U18 international has only made three appearances for Tottenham’s senior team in the Carabao Cup, but the club are eager to extend the 18-year-old’s contract beyond 2028, with manager Roberto De Zerbi describing him as a “precious diamond.”

– Arsenal are preparing a fresh January bid to land Atlético Madrid striker Julián Álvarez, according to TEAMtalk. The Gunners are willing to include striker Viktor Gyökeres or winger Noni Madueke in any deal, with Álvarez now seriously considering a move to the Emirates after previously prioritizing Barcelona. Atlético won’t let the Argentina international transfer to Camp Nou, so if he wants to leave the club he will have to return to England.

– Liverpool have joined Manchester United in the race to sign Bournemouth left back Adrien Truffert, says TEAMtalk. Bournemouth are demanding a fee of around £60 million to signr the 24-year-old France international, who has impressed since arriving from Rennes in 2025, leaving Liverpool facing potentially difficult negotiations following their previous move for Milos Kerkez.

– Newcastle United are emerging as favorites to sign Lyon midfielder Tyler Morton next summer, according to Football Insider. Nottingham Forest are also tracking the former Liverpool star ahead of a potential move in January, though Newcastle view the 23-year-old as a long-term target to reshape their midfield.

– Bayer Leverkusen defender Jarell Quansah could leave the German club next summer amid interest from Chelsea, Arsenal and Real Madrid, Sky Germany reveals. The 23-year-old England international’s former club Liverpool retain a €70 million clause to resign him, valid until June 2027, and could yet trigger that.
