S&P/TSX composite index up slightly on Monday; U.S. markets also up




TORONTO — Canada’s main stock index wavered between up and down on Monday morning, while the U.S. markets were up as oil prices fell.
The S&P/TSX composite index was up 21.97 points at 35,828.62 near midday.
