Anker has made some of our favorite and most innovative robot vacuums over the years, and recently, they’ve also been getting into robot lawn mowers, earning spots on our tested lists. The newest models they’re showing off at IFA Berlin 2026 include a robot vacuum and a robot mower, both with key improvements and features over previous generations.
Anker’s newest robot vacuum — and potentially the last one to keep the Eufy name (more on that below) — is the Omni E35, and it just might be what my three asthmatic cats need because it focuses on sterilization and disinfection. Anker describes it as “baby-grade,” meaning it’s TÜV Rheinland-certified for the “Maternal and Infant Cleaning Robot mark.” It can eliminate bacteria and dust mites, and it has low noise and high efficiency when it comes to cleaning and self-cleaning.
Anker says it’s the first and only robot vacuum to earn the Asthma & Allergy Friendly Certification from the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America. This is especially interesting to me as someone who has the bad luck of having three cats diagnosed with asthma. The vet told me it was incredibly unlikely to occur naturally, so the cause is probably environmental — dust mites, dander, outdoor pollution, fragrances or smoke from the neighbors downstairs. At least a couple of those factors could be addressed by a robot vacuum capable of more thorough fine-dust pickup and sterilization, so I’m interested in seeing it in action and trying it at home.
It has all the typical flagship features you’d expect from a top-tier model, including 35,000 pascals of suction and the Hydro Jet 2.0 self-cleaning roller mop. It also has a kitchen deep clean mode that uses an algorithm to determine how to tackle tougher stains, by saturating, soaking and then scrubbing.
The Omni E35 will cost $1,300 at MSRP, but pre-sale buyers will receive a discount, bringing the E35 to $1,000. Pre-sale is open now at eufy.com.
Eufy S2 Max
Also new in the robotics space is the Eufy S2 Max, Anker’s first robot mower developed entirely in-house. It has vision-based SLAM navigation and real-time 3D mapping, meaning no boundary wires or RTK beacons are required, which has become increasingly common in the robot mower market. It also has improved computing and full all-wheel drive, letting it handle terrain up to 80% slopes, a dual blade system and edge-to-edge cutting with an extendable trimming arm.
I saw the trimmer arm in action in the constrained demo area and while it wasn’t real grass or a real lawn, it really sold me on the benefits of having the edge trimmer to clean up the spots by fences and bushes. I also watched the mower smoothly navigate up and down the artificial slope Anker set up for the purpose of the demo, while a real-time 3D map showed the locations it was mowing, and still had to mow.
US availability and pricing are still to be determined, but it’ll be available in EU markets in May 2027 for 3,999 euros.
Anker is rebranding
Anker’s Eufy brand includes its lineup of robot vacuums and robot lawn mowers, as well as home security products. At IFA Berlin 2026, the company revealed that after 14 years of operation, it’s bringing all of its sub-brands, including Eufy and Soundcore for the audio products, under the Anker umbrella. In the future, all Anker products, no matter if they’re robot vacuums, robot lawn mowers, security cameras, smart doorbells or headphones, will be sold under the Anker brand.
The change isn’t immediate, and an Anker representative who briefed me prior to IFA said that for a time, consumers in different markets will still see the distinct branding across product categories, but the goal is to consolidate it under Anker. For now, the lineup announced at IFA 2026 will continue to use the Eufy or Soundcore branding. The announcement coincides with the opening of an official Anker Flagship store in Berlin on Sept. 5, the company’s first standalone retail store there.
