Hulu’s sleuth-podcaster crime comedy drama ‘Only Murders in the Building’ is no stranger to nabbing rafts of big-name guest stars for its murder mysteries

And the sixth season is no exception, with word from the show’s official Instagram account that Olivia Colman (‘The Favourite’) is just the latest to join the ensemble.

“The building always wins.”

Air Date: August 31st, 2021

With leads Steve Martin, Selena Gomez and Martin Short (plus a recurring Meryl Streep) in place as always, Season 6 is shaping up to be its wildest yet, taking our heroes to London for the latest crime-solving adventure.

From the sounds of it, the show has raided the list of the UK Actors’ Equity for a host of names including (deep breath!) David Tennant, Sharon Horgan, Martin Freeman, Jim Broadbent, Jennifer Saunders, Geri Halliwell, Nicola Coughlan, Sean Teale, Simone Ashley, Jodie Whittaker, Rhea Norwood, Richard Ayoade, Amar Chadha-Patel, Matthew Beard, Jamie Demetriou, Anjana Vasan, Jane Horrocks, Derek Jacobi, Adrian Lukis, Kathryn Hunter, Lesley Nicol and Peter Capaldi.

When will ‘Only Murders in the Building’ Season 6 be on our screens?

Hulu has yet to announce when we might see the new season. Previous seasons have debuted between June and August/September, so we’d guess it’ll be in the fall.
