With a Comic Con and D23 under its belt, Disney is really getting the Avengers: Doomsday hype train up and running. Well, what do you know, it looks like Marvel Cosmic Invasion is getting in on it, too.

Dotemu has today released a teaser for the game’s upcoming ‘The Siege of Castle Doom’ DLC, set to release at some point in Fall 2026. It’s nothing more than a teaser image at the moment, but just in case the name wasn’t enough of a giveaway, it seems that ol’ Victor Von Doom will be taking centre stage.

The DLC will feature a new game mode all about Doom, with two bonus playable characters joining the roster, too. We’re still waiting on more details for all of the above, though the Fall season isn’t too far away, so hopefully we’ll learn more soon enough.

The Siege of Castle Doom will be the game’s second DLC pack after Cyclops and The Thing joined as playable characters back in May. Doomsday’s December release date still feels rather far away, so let’s hope this helps to tide us Marvel fans over.
