Burberry Heads to the Hamptons With Topping Rose House Pop-up

CHECKERED SUMMER: Burberry is returning to the Hamptons this summer with a pop-up store and branded takeover at the boutique hotel Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton.

Housed within the reimagined 19th-century mansion and estate, the pop-up offers a selected Burberry offering across womenswear, menswear and childrenswear, spanning outerwear, lightweight summer jackets and checkered accessories, alongside a dedicated polo gallery showcasing piqué polos in more than 20 colors.

The Hamptons takeover will also be the first spot to carry pieces from Burberry’s fall 2026 runway collection, which was designed by Daniel Lee as an ode to the trench, and to the beauty of London’s dark and cold winter days. The pop-up will also stock trenchcoats and check cashmere scarves featuring custom labels depicting the beaches of the Hamptons.

From Thursday to Sunday, Burberry’s house check will appear throughout Topping Rose House in summer-yellow. Guests will be able to explore nearby beaches and towns in branded Mokes, enjoy bespoke Burberry cocktail and receive branded cookies during turndown service.

Beyond the hotel, drinks will be served in yellow Burberry sleeves at select local coffee shops, and cold brew cans will be wrapped in the same check.

The Hamptons pop-up follows Burberry’s recent “A Good Sport” activation at New York’s Corner Bistro, where the West Village institution was refitted with Burberry checks, branded glassware and live match screenings during World Cup season.

They form part of a broader strategy to drive brand heat and traffic through immersive, highly branded spaces with activations that also include Burberry’s beach club partnership at Hôtel Belles Rives in Cap d’Antibes and One&Only Aesthesis on the Athenian Riviera.
