In a statement, Halifax police said the 31-year-old suspect is a white man, six feet three inches with brown hair and brown facial hair.
Police say the man’s vehicle was located in the parking lot behind Sunnyside Mall and he’s believed to be in the wooded area behind the mall.
Anybody who spots the man should call 911, said police.
