The summer season so far has consisted of blue skies and weather that feels like being abroad, and with another heatwave expected imminently, our wardrobes have been put to the test. Boho dresses are in their comeback era, airy linens are playing a key role and statement accessories are just as important to make-up for the minimal clothing we’re able to wear in the heat.

My style as a minimalist leans towards neutral tones, simple designs and classic silhouettes, but I’ve also got an itch to add some newness to my summer wardrobe after feeling like I’ve worn it all already. My first stop? Heading to the M&S website, and it did not disappoint.
