Tropical Storm Bertha threatens Gulf Coast with flooding and storm surge



Tropical Storm Bertha formed on Monday, threatening the Gulf Coast. Meanwhile in the Midwest, severe storms caused flooding in Des Moines, Iowa, and several tornadoes were spotted in northern Wisconsin. Lana Zak reports.
