Secretary of State Sarai to highlight important efforts in support of food security


June 28, 2026 – The Honourable Randeep Sarai, Secretary of State (International Development), on behalf of the Honourable Heath MacDonald, Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, will highlight the launch of the National Food Security Strategy, which will strengthen food systems in Surrey, British Columbia.
