Southern California activewear brand Vuori has named Heather Archibald as chief product officer. In this newly-created role, Archibald will lead end-to-end product organization and oversee the product portfolio’s entire lifecycle—from “design and development to merchandising, raw material planning, production and sourcing strategy,” the company said—to bolster and shape the brand’s global roadmap. She most recently served as Rothy’s chief product and merchandising officer, with previous experience as Title Nine’s chief product officer. She also held merchandising leadership roles at both Restoration Hardware and Gap Inc.
Tomboyx
Seattle-born, queer-owned gender-neutral innerwear brand Tomboyx announced that co-founder Fran Dunaway has led an ownership restructuring to regain control. She resumes the helm as president, partnering with CEO Seujan Bertram and chief creative officer James Ford to guide the brand’s next phase. Dunaway and a small group of “mission-aligned investors” supported the restructuring. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Fashion and lifestyle brand Kendra Scott announced the appointment of Adrienne Gernand as chief business officer. In this newly-created role, Gernand will bolster the organization’s strategic category expansion, enable scalability and advance its vision to build the “House of Kendra Scott.” Gernand’s expertise includes launching new market entry models, structuring strategic partnerships and optimizing real estate portfolios. At Gap, Inc., she oversaw international expansion and drove growth through wholesale and licensing. Alongside its recently-appointed CFO, Mike McMullen, Gernand will onboard the brand effective April 27.

California-based outdoor apparel brand Patagonia has named Amanda Calder-McLaren as senior director of marketing and impact for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). In this newly created role, Calder-Mclaren will “unite” Patagonia’s marketing and impact work, leading communication of the company’s values and their delivery through environmental and social impact work. She brings experience from a breadth of outdoor brands, including Adidas Terrex and The North Face.

Argyle Haus of Apparel, a full-service apparel manufacturer and fashion design house based in Los Angeles, has appointed the appointment of Sheila Martinez as vice president of operations. In this role, Martinez will oversee all operational functions, ensuring efficiency and scalability to support Argyle’s growth alongside CEO Houman Salem. Martinez brings over 20 years of industry experience, with a background spanning technical design, apparel development and retail marketing.

American multinational New Balance has promoted Tracy Knauer to serve as senior vice president of North America. She will oversee growth strategies, innovation and consumer connections in the region. Knauer joined the Boston-based company in 2005 and previously served as the region’s vice president of marketing, e-commerce and consumer analytics. She succeeds Melissa Worth, who departed in December.

German sports giant Puma has named James Carnes to the newly created position of senior vice president of creative direction. In this role, Carnes will oversee innovation and product excellence, reporting to chief brand officer (CBO) Maria Valdes. Carnes has over 20 years of experience in the sports industry, previously holding leadership positions in design direction and strategy at Adidas in both Herzogenaurach, Germany, and Portland, Oregon. His expertise will support Puma’s goal of using creative direction as a strategic lever in becoming a top-3 global sports brand.

Swedish textile ingredient technologies producer Polygiene announced that CFO and deputy CEO Niklas Blomstedt has stepped down to pursue a new opportunity outside the company. Polygiene thanked Blomstedt, who served as chief financial officer since September 2022 and as deputy CEO since December 2025, for strengthening the company’s financial governance and supporting strategic initiatives. While the group has initiated the recruitment process for his successor, Blomstedt will remain CFO until August 31 to ensure a smooth transition.

Milan-based thermal insulation manufacturer Thermore has appointed Don Reichelt as its North American sales representative to expand its U.S. presence. Reichelt, founder of Rocky Peak Marketing, will expand Thermore’s apparel partnerships and support the integration of technology. He brings experience in outdoor and endurance sports, as well as in sales and marketing.

Wholesale marketplace and trade center complex Dallas Market Center (DMC) has promoted Jill Cunningham to executive vice president of apparel leasing. She previously served as SVP of apparel leasing and will report directly to president and CEO Cindy Morris. Cunningham oversees all permanent and temporary leasing for soft goods and has served on DMC’s apparel leasing team since 2018.
DMC has also promoted Amy Harper to executive vice president of marketing. In this role, Harper will manage the center’s marketing division, supporting both buyer and exhibitor marketing events, market services and retail development. With DMC since 2001, Harper previously served as SVP of retail development and market services.
