This week’s roundup of staffing changes on Parliament Hill.
We start this week’s Hill Movers with a look at the Leader of the Official Opposition’s office.

Mackenzie Sly was promoted to director of caucus services at the OLO last month, her LinkedIn shows.
She joined the OLO last June as manager of caucus services after spending the past two-and-a-half years as a parliamentary assistant.
Sly is also a board member of the Conservative’s Ottawa—Vanier—Gloucester electoral district association.
Also, Maia Knight will be working in Conservative MP Connie Cody’s office.

In a post published on LinkedIn, Knight wrote that she will assume the role of director of parliamentary affairs.
Before the move, she worked as a legislative assistant to Conservative MP Dan Albas from Feb. 2025 to 2026.
“Working in MP Dan Albas’ office has been nothing short of a pleasure and I am so grateful for all of the opportunities he has provided to me over the years to learn and grow,” Knight wrote.
“I am looking forward to taking on new challenges in MP Cody’s office and representing the people of Cambridge.”
