Loyal passengers of beloved carrier Hawaiian Airlines are back in court, attempting to untangle the Hawaiian and Alaska Airlines merger, basing their case on the belief that promises have been broken as part of the airlines’ sale. The are asking a judge to intervene and suggest that Hawaiian Airlines remains as a standalone airline.
