The Justice Department will begin allowing members of Congress to view unredacted copies of its millions of files on the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. It comes as a group of Epstein survivors are hoping a high-profile public service announcement in the Super Bowl will lead to more transparency.  NBC’s Ryan Nobles reports for TODAY.
