Airbus A220-500 Inoming: Smart Move? Or Threat To The A320neo?



An exclusive report from Reuters was released in the early hours of the morning on January 30 from Dublin, confirming that Airbus will launch development of its largest A220 variant later this year. The 180-seat twinjet is currently speculated to be named the A220-500, and industry sources told Reuters that an official announcement could be made at the Farnborough Airshow in July.
