Earn up to 28,000 World of Hyatt points with this new promotion

Listen up, World of Hyatt fans: The program is back with a Bonus Journeys event that could help you earn some valuable points for your next trip.

Through April 15, World of Hyatt members can earn 3,000 bonus points for every three eligible nights, up to 21,000 bonus points, at Hyatt hotels and resorts around the world. But it gets even sweeter: Book a Hyatt Place or Hyatt Select property and earn an additional 1,000 bonus points for every three nights, up to 7,000 bonus points, for a total of up to 28,000 bonus points.

Just don’t start booking until you register by visiting the official promotion landing page.

This promotion is valid at “Hyatt hotels and resorts worldwide, participating Mr & Mrs Smith hotels, the Venetian Resort, and Homes & Hideaways by World of Hyatt,” according to the terms and conditions. Eligible nights must be completed between now and April 15.

A bonus of 28,000 World of Hyatt points is pretty significant. TPG currently values World of Hyatt points at 1.7 cents each, meaning the bonus is worth up $476 (if you can snag all the points). Those points could go pretty far, including one off-peak award night at a Category 7 property (25,000 points per night) or three standard award nights in a Category 2 hotel (8,000 points per night).

There are plenty of incredible Hyatt hotels you could book with those points. In fact, we’ve compiled a list of our absolute favorites around the world, including The Beekman in New York City, which you can book for as low as 21,000 World of Hyatt points per night.

Believe it or not, 28,000 points could even score you a room at a handful of Park Hyatt locations, including an off-peak night at the Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa or a standard award night at one of our favorite London properties, Great Scotland Yard Hotel.

Bottom line

World of Hyatt is offering the chance to earn up to 28,000 bonus points between now and April 15. Whether you’re traveling soon or not, it’s worth registering for the promotion for the chance to earn potential bonus points.
