Venezuela’s former opposition leader Juan Guaido denounces Delcy Rodriguez | US-Venezuela Tensions

In an interview with Al Jazeera, Venezuela’s US-backed former opposition leader Juan Guaido has denounced acting president Delcy Rodriguez, accusing her of being a ‘dictator’ and cartel leader. Guaido declared himself interim president in 2019 after Nicolas Maduro was sworn in for a second term.
