New England To Hawaii: More Than 11 Hours In The Air
Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) to Honolulu International Airport (HNL) easily takes the crown, with a flight time of around 11 hours and 30 minutes, covering more than 5,095 miles (8,198 km), meaning it’s quicker to travel from Boston to 
London Heathrow Airport (LHR) than it is to head to Hawaii. 
Delta Air Lines plans to operate a total of 16 flights west to Hawaii, resuming on December 19, but then plans to end the route by March. Hawaiian Airlines also once operated this city pair but axed its services last November.
Delta and Hawaiian Airlines respective services between 
New York JFK Airport (JFK) and Honolulu are the second-longest domestic routes. This airport pair covers a total distance of 4,983 miles (8,018 km) and takes a total flight time of 11 hours and five minutes.
The third-longest route is that of 
United Airlines service, which will return this November, providing nonstop flights from 
Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) to Honolulu, covering a total distance of 4,962 miles (7,984 hm) with a total flight time of 11 hours and 20 minutes.

Domestic Flights Over Ten Hours In Length
United will add just three flights between Newark and Kahului Airport (OGG) this December and January, creating the fourth-longest domestic flight in the US. This journey covers a total distance of 4,903 miles (7,889 km) and an estimated flight time of 11 hours, 26 minutes.
Nonstop flights between Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Honolulu are also up there, with an eleven-hour, 50-minute flight covering a distance of 4,817 miles (7,751 km). United remains the only airline to provide nonstop flights from the Hawaiian Islands to the US capital.

Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD). United and American Airlines operate flights from Chicago to Honolulu, which cover a total distance of 4,244 miles (6,829 km), with a total flight time of nine hours, 15 minutes.
United will also resume in December nonstop flights from Chicago to Kona International At Keahole Airport (KOA), covering the 4,213-mile (6,779 km) distance in just over nine hours.
United will see direct competition on its link from Chicago to Kahului from December, with American resuming the route after more than a decade. This route covers a distance of 4,184 miles (6,732 km) with an approximate flight time of more than nine hours.
