Taffeta pants are everywhere and will go perfectly with a super-lightweight cotton knit or a boatneck tee. This trio of shops is a treasure trove right now for cool summer dressing, driving fashion people to swipe their credit cards with abandon.

The lesson? Don’t wait if you see something you want from Zara, Ref, or J.Crew—especially the first and third retailers, which are both running major discounts—if you want to actually secure your favorites in your size. By July 1, you won’t be able to anymore. Don’t ask me how I know that. I just do, which is exactly why I put in my order this morning.
