29 Best J.Crew Fashion Finds I’d Wear to the Côte d’Azur

Whenever I find myself in the Flatiron District, I pop into J.Crew without fail. My intentions are good—simply browse the new arrivals, maybe try on a cute dress or two —but somehow I always leave with a hunter-green shopping bag. In light of my recent visit, let me walk you through the highlights.

According to J.Crew’s new arrivals, summer 2026 is all about oversize tote bags, gingham cottons, flattering swim, freshwater pearls, and tropical florals. On top of that, J.Crew is backing two of this season’s most divisive trends: jelly sandals and balloon pants. Not just any sandals, but Jelly Kitten-Heel Sandals. And not just any curved trousers, but a sheer Embellished Balloon Pant. From semi-sheer rollneck sweaters to smocked halter dresses, I’ve already packed my suitcase for a theoretical vacation. Where to? Well, these new arrivals would fit right somewhere along the Côte d’Azur—a last-minute trip to Monaco for the F1 Grand Prix or lie out on the sandy beaches of Cannes. Or more accurately, find a chic rooftop bar in NYC and pretend I’m taking in the views of the Colline du Château.
