A 10-year-old Chilean boy has gone viral because of his exceptional Street Fighter ability and tournament success.
Sushi de Delfín is a competitive esports tournament for the fighting game Street Fighter 6, and has been described as one of the most difficult regular competitions in Latin America.
However, a young Street Fighter 6 prodigy has impressed many in the fighting game world because of his high-ranking finishes in the tournament, with some congratulating him on his early success.
He achieved his second top 8 finish
Lucas, also known by the alias Gudfella, is a 10-year-old Chilean boy who has had a relatively short career in FGC. Regardless, he has already secured his 2nd top 8 in the Sushi de Delfín tournament.
According to prominent Chilean FGC player and streamer, DOEXO35, he defeated some of the country’s other major players.
@Fufexo30Tobar / XChile is home to other FGC stars such as Derek Blaz and Jaime “Craime” Bustos, who are both only teenagers themselves. These players have established themselves as some of the best young Street Fighter 6 players on the international circuit.
Gudfella’s second top 8 finish shows that his first achievement was no fluke, and he may well be on the way to becoming a major name too, as well as a success story for Chile’s formidable Street Fighter scene.
