What did Daniel Dye say that got him suspended indefinitely?

NASCAR driver Daniel Dye has been suspended indefinitely by Kaulig Racing after an incident during a livestream that went viral for all the wrong reasons.

Dye was streaming on Whatnot while opening card packs and he spoke about IndyCar’s David Malukas, saying he had asked the driver if he races in ovals.

“He was like, ‘Oh my gosh, yes, we race Indianapolis, love Indianapolis, and Roger Penske, I love Roger. Love you, Roger,'” Dye said.

Then, he added this: “As soon as I start doing a David Malukas ‘gay voice’ I get a gold so let’s keep it going.”

Of course that’s horrible and offensive.
