Iran’s foreign minister said that the U.S. has committed a “war crime” for its attack on an “unarmed” Iranian ship on Wednesday, March 4, in international waters. It was the first time since World War II that a torpedo launched from a U.S. Navy submarine had struck a vessel in combat.
